Is bulk going to be supported?

Yes, PRs are always welcome!

I did think about bulk support a while ago. I don't think it would be a simple implementation, especially if we were to preserve the Timber-facing API. The user would need a way to select the bulk delivery method, and I hadn't figured out a simple/clean way of specifying that. Thoughts?

Now that logglyClient supports logBulk, could we just do something like Loggly-CocoaLumberjack's saveThreshold to specify how many log messages we let pile up before POSTing them?
