This plugin uses for now raw Time.now.to_f because I need ms precision and Engine.now only has seconds. Once fluent/fluentd#461 will be resolved or fluent/fluentd@c9be93c merged, I'll need to switch back to Engine.now. Also I'll need to uncomment test_time as that should be working again.
