现在的搜索插件貌似只有SerpAPI，月免费额度是100次，对于个人使用来说完全不太够，但50美刀一个月的会员又太贵了。

基于LangChain 实现支持DuckDuckGo搜索功能，在https://github.com/Hk-Gosuto/ChatGPT-Next-Web-LangChain这个项目中使用体验还不错，至少可以作为兜底处理。希望大佬可以考虑~
