Unable to start direct chat with user who first name and last name are blank

Note from Romaric: Is it an issue with the getFullname method ? The user name should never be blank like in the video

Steps:

• User A invites user B to Twake
• User B register account without going to console to complete first name and last name
• User A/or other user try to start a direct chat with user B

Current behavior:
When User A search user B by email, instead of starting a direct chat with user B, system start a direct chat with user A himself
