On Twake desktop I have notifications only inside Twake window and when it's collapsed I don't see them

My Twake notifications were disabled in System Preferences
We need to check whether notifications disabled by default when you install the Twake
Do we need to notify user that he disabled his notifications?

I have fixed the notification system as it was not displayed at all before on desktop app.
It is impossible to know if user has disabled notification on system preferences unfortunately.
