It's not an easy task to mention user, you don't understand how to do it, by name, username or something else

For example in "FT - All Twake" Khai is displayed like Qkdo, but you can't mention him as "@qkdo"

Hi Twake team,

The new mentions/tagging feature looks great. However, I've found it to be quite buggy recently. There are a few problems:

Sometimes the results are duplicated (one same user shows up in the search results more than once).
The search results are cropped (z-index problem I suppose).
The search results keep jumping around, hence it's really easy to accidentally select the wrong user, esp. when you're typing fast. This one is the most annoying issue to me.
