Limanctl is a CLI interface for controlling Liman.
Purpose of this tool is:
- checking health status of Liman services,
- resetting administrator password,
- creating new user,
- checking health status of PostgreSQL server,
- generating self signed SSL certificate,
- listing local user count and names
