Code Review

This pull request proposes bumping the version of the smg-grpc-proto package from 0.4.1 to 0.4.2 in pyproject.toml. This change is necessary to publish a new version to PyPI, as the previous version is already in use. The change is straightforward and aligns with the pull request's objective. I find no issues with this update.

Note: Security Review has been skipped due to the limited scope of the PR.
