soyparser chokes on soy files that are generated from markdown #67

After updating to the latest release of metal-tools-soy, some markdown files are making the build fail due to the format of the generated soy.

deprecate/soyparser#3 is the proposed solution/workaround.

I rolled back the changes that introduced the soyparser changes for now.
