That message you're seeing is a special check we have on messages that pass through the system to prevent context overflow from things like custom HTTP functions (that can dump a huge amount of text, >8k and overflow all the context). Hello everyone, I've conducted some tests with MemGPT and observed its proficiency in remembering short content, such as personal information and interests.
I posed a specialized question to MemGPT, which presumably LLM models wouldn't know—specifically, inquiring about the operation of a machine recently released by my company. Initially, it didn't have the information, so I provided detailed information (around 3k tokens).
Upon asking the question again, I received the following response:
So Is it possible for MemGPT to recall complex and lengthy sentences?
