To enhance the EWOD GUI and allow for saving previous output voltage and frequency settings when clicking on the "set voltage to 0 V" button.

Display "high voltage" sign when voltage is applied, when "set voltage to 0 V" is applied "high voltage" sign disappear to visually indicate the presence of voltage.
