Using arduino IDE rather than esp-idf #3

This isn't really an issue but I couldn't find your email. Mine is [email protected]

Your code esp32WiFiAP does exactly what I want.

You used the esp-idf. Like many amateurs I use the Arduino IDE to program the ESP32. While I can learn to use the esp-idf, I don't want to do that if it's not necessary. Also, I think many others would use this capability if it was available as a Arduino IDE library.
