Describe the bug
The Appearance tab of the Preferences pane is slightly taller than all the others

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Preferences
2. Click on the Appearance
3. Observe that the window grows ever so slightly taller
4. Switch to any other tab in the window
5. Observe that the window shrinks again
6. Optionally, switch back to Appearance to observe the change once more

Expected behavior
If at all possible, all tabs should be of equal height. That is, the content of all tabs should fit within the same amount of vertical (and horizontal) space provided by the window at its creation.
