Description

When all dashboard rows are hidden we default visibility is activated, which means all rows are visible. This is the opposite of what should happen.

Version

0.62.0

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hide all dashboard rows at /settings/account/dashboard
  2. Press Update button
  3. Reload page
  4. See that all dashboard rows are displayed as visible
