Error: Unexpected end of multipart data

at _combinedTickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:131:7)
at process._tickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:180:9)

This appears in the error log sometimes. @rchs819 found this link,

expressjs/multer#350

but I don't know if it's related. I'm not sure what data in a file upload would contain Chinese characters.
