The tool appears to do nothing. I hopes its not malware.
Nvidia API can only disable displayport dithering anyway so its hopeless.

same issue here. every version above 0.4, which was released in 2021, doesn't run for me. even using that version, my GPU doesn't appear. am using RTX 3050 ti, so does it have to do with the fact I am using a laptop?
