Earthstar transport

I added Earthstar as a transport and it seems all the shares and replicas are created properly, but the messages just don't arrive.
This should not be too hard to debug when using https://github.com/ledgerloops/ledgerloops-earthstar as a reference, because there the messages do arrive.

Moved the Earthstar-related code to https://github.com/ledgerloops/saiga/tree/earthstar because it has top-level await in deps/deno.land/x/[email protected]/src/crypto/crypto-driver-sodium.ts which causes a problem during npm publish
