Tests getting malformed URL error on py35/py36 when running against master #146

Some jobs for py35 and py36 when is running against the master(the same tests works well locally) on changes related to improvement in the error reporting message in the custodia-cli are failing for malformed URL.

  • In the case of the commit baacf4f the tests passed after a recheck on the failing job (py36)
