Check streaming outputs for text format

See item 2 in TODOs from #683 (I think I have the wrong video in test plan right now, need to update)

Basically when I was updating the output formats (#605) I mainly only tested non-streaming, not streaming so I need to go through that and check that for each model parser where streaming is supported
