Different integer types for foreignId method

The $table->foreignId() method is an alias of $table->unsignedBigInteger().

I'm not sure about the idea behind making it an alias of unsignedBigInteger and not having it support the other integer types (medium, small, tiny).

Anyway, I suggest adding more methods to support the types mentioned above.

My proposal is:

Schema::create('image_size', function (Blueprint $table) {
    // ...
    $table->foreignIdSmallInteger('image_id')->constrained('images')->onDelete('cascade');
    // ... 
});

Any idea, suggestion?
