Add "Show my created apps only" filter to improve app discovery

1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

The workspace's app list screen (/apps) has category filters (All, Chatbot, Agent, Workflow) to organize apps by function. However, there is currently no way to filter apps that you have created yourself.

As apps within the workspace increase, it becomes increasingly difficult to manage and track personally created apps using only the existing function-based filters.

I propose adding a 'Show my created apps only' option, which could help users quickly access their personally created applications.
