1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

In the workspace on the left side of the discovery area, all applications are displayed. However, it's not possible to filter them by tags or set a default display for applications with specific tags. This leads to several issues:

  • If there are too many applications, it becomes difficult to find the desired one.
  • Applications that are still under development also appear in this sidebar, which is something users shouldn't see.

Specific requirement:
Is it possible to add a customizable setting for administrators? This would allow them to configure the workspace in the discovery area so that only applications with certain tags are visible.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH

There is a way to set visibility permissions for the knowledge base in the settings, such as making it visible to all members or only to certain members. However, there is no such permission setting for applications. If we could add a permission setting for each application, so that they are only visible to all users once completed, it would be very beneficial. This would completely solve this problem, and even better.
