Create a config to toggle on/off specific features

A dev config allowing users to turn on/off specific features.

Can be used to hide features they deem unnecessary or ones that are not yet fully function

Motivation

For appliications like DataStax Langflow being able to toggle on and off subset a features will greatly improve the ability to stay in sync with OSS Langflow

Hello? This is a really necessary feature. We are developing a component, and during the work, we temporarily disconnect the connected lines. As the flow becomes more complex, such a feature becomes necessary. In the past, I have made a similar suggestion, but thinking about it now, it is different from the Freeze function. I support you.

In addition, assuming a debug flow is introduced, adding options to make it work only with API calls or only in debug mode(For logging) would also be helpful.
