Depends: #989This PR adds the missing hint NewHint#27, now known as
EC_DOUBLE_ASSIGN_NEW_X_V2. It also renamesEC_DOUBLE_ASSIGN_NEW_XtoEC_DOUBLE_ASSIGN_NEW_X_V1.
