Avoid additional tracking cookies

Would be nice to have the option to use only the default Phoenix session's _phoenixapp_key cookie for tracking purposes and avoid setting any additional ones.

I was about to add this awesome backend analytics to my apps, but if requires cookies in client side, then it doesn't solve my problem of having to ask users to accept analytics cookies, therefore it looses it's main value proposition: to be able to track users without requiring cookies consent, and this is very important in Europe, due to its cookies law.

Anything I can help with?
