Fix Helm Broker non deterministic builds

Description

The Helm broker builds on Prow are failing very often because of the random integration test fails.
That prevents our pipeline from creating a latest release.

Expected result

post-master-helm-broker job is always green

Actual result

post-master-helm-broker job fails often

Merge a PR to helm-broker, check the result of the post-master-job
