[Feature] Breakpoint on fork/clone #31

Add a new kind of breakpoint that break on process fork/clone.

There should be two ways to add such breakpoint:

Select a process in the TUI and add a breakpoint to it: Match Pid
Add it via breakpoint manager: The traditional way, Match argv or filename

kxxt added enhancement priority-normal tui tracer labels
