Minikube v1.9.0-beta.1 has helm-tiller addon v2.16.1.
This version has vulnerability CVE-2019-1551.

There is a security patch helm version. It is v2.16.3
Detail: https://github.com/helm/helm/releases/tag/v2.16.3

I'll send PR to upgrade to this version.
