I tried starting a minikube cluster:

PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> minikube start --vm-driver hyperv --hyperv-virtual-switch "Wifi"

$ Downloading Kubernetes v1.14.0 images in the background ...
i Tip: Use 'minikube start -p <name>' to create a new cluster, or 'minikube delete' to delete this one.

Thanks for the bug report! I'm closing as dupe of #1766. The workaround here is to disable dynamic memory in HyperV. Please let me know if you think this is something different.
