Dashboard does not launch with different service cluster IP range #1536

--extra-config
command line option suggested here. However, with a clean setup, it does not launch the dashboard:Also, running

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
minikube stop && minikube delete && minikube start --extra-config=apiserver.ServiceClusterIPRange=172.66.0.0/24
When ready, run
minikube dashboard

It does work when I create a clean cluster using only
minikube start
