TLS certificate validations causes tls creation to fail #61

Due to lack output couldn't track what's going wrong.
The chain like provided in attachment causes tls backend creation to be silently skipped
example.pem.gz
It's ok with self-signed certificate, but constantly fails with this chain, or any chain issued by our PKI.
If we try to manually add forwarding rules and https-proxy, it's ok, also.

Seems like it has been fixed at 1.8.1-gke.1. Now it creates properly.
