What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR upgrades the external provisioner's version to v5.0.2_vmware.6 which contains the necessary changes to support for WFFC Volumes for VM Service VMs

Which issue this PR fixes (optional, in fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...) format, will close that issue when PR gets merged): fixes # NA

Testing done:

Ran 13 of 1057 Specs in 2366.218 seconds
SUCCESS! -- 13 Passed | 0 Failed | 0 Pending | 1044 Skipped
PASS

Ginkgo ran 1 suite in 41m6.328862534s
Test Suite Passed

Hi @kolluria. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
