i've got a question about how to using scheduler-plugins and trimaran correctlly

and i need to install trimaran（contains load-watcher and kube-scheduler）as the additional plugin，right？

i swear i have read the doc more than 5 times，i think there is no answer can figure out my question

can u provide the detailed doc？
