nameSuffix page: No info about propagation

There is a "References" section on the namePrefix page, but a similar one is missing for nameSuffix. This makes it seem like propagation only works on the namePrefix, but I noticed it working for nameSuffix while doing a volumeMount containing a ConfigMap.

Would need to check all other cases and update the docs.
