CRM Version: V1.2.2

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Open any web form.
3. Delete the web form.
4. Try again to open the deleted web form

Expected result: There should be a 404 error page if the user is trying to open the deleted web form.

Actual result: There is a blank page instead of a 404 page if the user is trying to open the deleted web-form Please find the screen recording Here
