The date filter is not working if the admin is selecting the same date on from and to fields.

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as an admin.
2. Click on the activity tab
3. Click on the custom tab in the header section.
4. Select the same date from and to the input field.

Expected result: The date filter should work properly in the activity section.

Actual result: The date filter is not working if the admin is selecting the same date on from and to fields. Please find the below screenshot.
