Incorrect placement of the red crosses in the overlay view

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In overlay mode, this occurs sometimes when zomming in and out with 
control+mouse scroll. I was not able to find steps for which this is 
reproducible. It just occurs when I don't want it to occur :p

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

for other bug reports: (also, the zooming in and out seems very "messy"
-a lot of flickering between each zoom step
-it does not zoom at the position of the mouse 
-there is no way to pan (except with the scrollbars). Please add "middle-click 
to pan", it would be so much more confortable!)


What operating system and Latex distribution (Miktex/Texlive) are you
using?
Texlive, ubuntu linux 14.04 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
TikzEdt_0_2_2_linux_amd64 is used
