RTSP steams ends when I go outside my local network

Hi, I have ring door bell connected to scrypted and it has the RTSP stream as rtsp://localhost:34105/feedaaabbbcccddd. I can see camera live view in homekit when i connected to my home wifi network. When i switch my phone to mobile data the stream no longer works. In scrypted the log says

I belive it is because the RSTP streams generated with url localhost and when I add the camera to homekit that is the url used. How can I change the RSTP url that is being generated using ip address or domain name? Thanks in advance
