Yes, in Shiraz cards can be clickable! I think there were few examples in demo, I will have a look and add few!

But do you need to have a clickable card only? (e.g. to open a link or a tiddler, ...)

I know what you mean, if a macro with an action widget is passed in somehow, then the card can do more.
