Add support for qualified search parameters / structured requests

Hi!

Are there any plans to add something like structured requests to the searcher interface?

Other geocoders like Nominatim support this: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim#Parameters

This would enable some interesting use cases, for example, more explicit (and maybe even more performant?) searches, when you already have structured data at hand.

You could also restrict your search e.g. to city names: http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search?format=json&city=berlin

I'm happy to hear your thoughts about this.

At the moment we are working on the 0.2.1 release, that fixes some data problems. Adding filter parameters (including spacial ones) is one of the most demanded feature and will be part of the subsequent release.
