Limosa - Photon based strict geocoder

Hi there, I needed a public open source geocoder. Nominatim wasn't searching very well, Photon was. But for me, Photon wasn't very strict in the results it was giving back. I set up a strategy with multiple more and more precise Photon requests and then elect and validate successive photon properties (fuzz string validation).

So this is what I came up with :D : https://github.com/qalincalabs/limosa [javascript] (it's far from perfect, just a start). I don't know if it's something Photon would like to integrate or reuse in any way ?

PS : If someone would like to publicly host https://github.com/openvenues/libpostal (there is an API implementation), it would greatly help geocoder "libraries" :)
