Adding Log Files to Homebrew Formula

Hi, I was debugging a few of my scripts that I use with skhd and realised unlike yabai, skhd doesn't automatically log files unless built with the logging option. Can we change it so logging is activated by default and can be turned off by building with --no-logging option?

This could ensure both yabai and skhd are consistent with their practices.
