In the user-defined function pred.fun, the line as.data.frame(Yes) must be changed to as.vector(Yes) because pdp::partial() does not accept a data frame for the partial function argument pred.fun= (explicitly forbidden in the package documentation regarding use of the argument pred.fun; matrix is also forbidden )
