Kodi 18.6 / add more supported devices

  • update to LE 9.2 to 8bc985b
  • update rk-linux to 58a89c3
  • update rkmpp to 8b18624
  • bump to kodi 18.6
  • enable ethernet, sd card, ir receiver in all device trees
  • enable sd-uhs for sdio/sdmmc
  • add all wifi drivers supported by RK wifi system
  • add support for
    • MXQ 4K Pro: RK3228A, DDR3, NAND
    • Alfawise A8 (mx4vr): RK3228, DDR2, eMMC, SSV6051P
    • Tanix TX2: RK3229, DDR3, eMMC, RTL8703
