Kaptive Web release v1.

Kaptive Web is a user-friendly web interface for Kaptive - a software for the identification of bacterial surface antigen synthesis loci from whole genome sequence data.

Kaptive Web v1.0.0 represents the original version described in this publication, plus an interface update to enable compatibility with Kaptive v2.0.0 (wherein antigen type predictions are reported alongside antigen locus matches as described here).
