Coordination for 0.2.0 Release

This is the Release 0.2.0 issue for coordinating everything that I want to include in that release:

• Track how fast people are upgrading #38 - The main feature in 0.2.0 (been added progressively in 0.1.3 through 0.1.7)
• Implement Conditions everywhere #40 - All (3 CRD) controllers should be retrofitted with observability via Conditions
• Prometheus monitoring #37 - should be very easy on account of Implement Conditions everywhere #40
• Only the 'default' namespace is supported #20 - I would really love to fix this, I think it will flesh out other issues

The Leaf Reconciler already implements the Ready status and Conditions, also review its implementation for defects and try to deliver this in a form that people cannot immediately poke holes into. (I think that Leaf reconciler pattern is pretty rough right now!)
