This release updates some glyphs in Operator Mono SSm Book Italic to be consistent across all weights

The &&, |>, <|, and := ligatures were redone.

New ligatures and advanced features

This version is a complete rewrite of the ligatures and font generation. It uses advanced features in OpenType to support proper caret/cursor position and repeating glyphs.
