I got same issue in spite of I entered mailgun & cloudinary's env.

$ cat .env
COOKIE_SECRET=f4b558b04040db9441c1f18bbe493564498c1a96ccd86e844f3a798022fb65441cdfe7ab9e4907cf7ff67aa6e1e414c240826cbb5f494df56f5e25356e70e72a
