Describe the bug
Setting Key Mapper as the default assistant causes Nova Launcher app drawer search to become non-functional.
Despite force stopping Nova Launcher and even a device restart, the Nova Launcher app drawer search does not respond to text written in the search field until the default assistant is changed to another assistant app and the launcher is force stopped.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use Nova Launcher and search in the app drawer
Observe that typing in the text field provides search results
Change the default assistant app to Key Mapper in system settings.
Return to Nova Launcher and search in the app drawer
Observe that typing in the text field has no effect on the content of the app drawer and no search results are provided
(Force stop Nova Launcher, try again, still doesn't work, restart device, still doesn't work)
Switch to another default assistant app in system settings (tried: Google, Firefox)
Return to Nova Launcher and search in the app drawer
Observe that typing in the text field has no effect on the content of the app drawer and no search results are provided
Force stop Nova Launcher
Return to Nova Launcher and search in the app drawer
Observe that typing in the text field provides search results as expected.

Expected behavior
Nova Launcher app drawer search should provide search results as it does when any other default assistant is set.
