Allow disable option for individual actions that would leave them in the list but just skip over when executed. Helpful when testing routines and not wanting to have to add them back.

Discussed this with @sds100 yesterday evening.
He suggests that the true problem is that complex actions are time consuming to re-add.
It would be nice if one could simply re-add recently used actions.

Which would you prefer?

Not sure what you mean. I also agree that re-adding actions is tedious, which is why I was suggesting being able to disable or pause a specific action in the list without having to delete it, so that it could be enabled again without adding it back.

I could envision three options when you long press an action: delete, pause, clone.
